Responsibilities, Activities, and Tasks of the Position: :
* Project leading of international projects
* Coordination of all the activities of new product launches from the marketing brief phase to the first customer compliant delivery
* Preparation of timeline and action plan for the team to be shared with the client
* Control subtasks within individual departments
* Regularly inform customer about the progress in the project and manage all issues
* Working with cross-functional international teams
* Monitor each phases of the project in time
* Follow the different stages of product development by collaborating with internal departments
* Manage projects in an agile way to ensure the delivery of the new product in Time To Market
* Immediately escalate critical issues in project (internal, external)
* Monitor key milestones. After finish of each milestone or on specified date reports to management
* Monitor and control project budget including human resources
* Support to all the project members
* Regularly organize team meetings
* Reporting of project status to the client (Marketing, Purchasing, Quality)
* Managing of zero production with the participation of the customer for validation all the requested parameters. "Golden samples" approved by customer
Expected Skills:
* Ability to assign tasks to project team members from different departments, and to ensure their completion within deadlines
* Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and customers
* Proficiency in project management tools
* At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar position
* Experience or knowledge in the tableware sector would be an advantage
* Good command of spoken and written English
* Organized and rigorous, solution-oriented
* Ability to handle stress
* Autonomous and proactive
