Main Responsibilities:

* Managing export coordination, including Freeport visits, creating purchase orders, and handling administrative tasks
* Coordinating shipments, payments, and inventory management
* Supporting administration tasks, such as communication with clients, follow-up, and receipting consignments
* Assisting with ad-hoc projects and events for the export department
* Ensuring accurate and up-to-date inventory records, resolving exceptions, and coordinating physical reconciliations
