Market and Commercial Lead

Your main tasks
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess opportunities and validate initial value hypotheses
* Translate strategic opportunity briefs into clear product definitions; evaluate strategic fit and commercial potential
* Build robust business cases, including revenue forecasts, sensitivity analyses, and pricing frameworks
* Develop stage-gate, evidence-based viability packs to enable informed, data-driven decisions
* Represent the customer voice throughout early-stage innovation and concept development
* Collect and validate feedback, adoption drivers, and potential barriers to adoption
* Engage internal and external stakeholders to confirm product–market fit and long-term value
* Collaborate with marketing to define launch strategies and develop marketing and sales enablement materials
Your profile
* Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (an MBA or other advanced degree is a plus)
* Minimum 3 years of experience in innovation, product development, or consulting; experience in pharma or medical devices strongly preferred
* Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
* Strong analytical skills; experience with DCF and NPV financial modeling is a plus
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence senior stakeholders
* Resilient and effective in fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
