Process Engineer - cGMP, Frenchcontract opportunity to join our Neuchatel based client in the Pharma sector .
Your tasks:
* Act as SME for drug product manufacturing processes and technology transfer.
* Provide technical support and expertise to the receiving unit teams during the transfer.
* Assess and mitigate risks linked to process changes.
* Collaborate on validation activities, including process and equipment qualification.
* Analyze and troubleshoot technical challenges during transfer processes.
* Develop documentation, including protocols, reports, and risk assessments.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Your experience/knowledge:
* • Minimum 3-5 years of experience FF area for recombinant protein.
• Engineering or university degree in biotechnology
• Language skills: Fluent in English and French
• Experience with drug product manufacturing and tech transfer processes.
• Familiarity with cGMP and regulatory compliance.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills that enables you to work with people at all levels
