We are seeking a motivated and experienced developer (f/m/d) to join our agile product team, with a passion for quality and lean processes.
Responsibilities:
* Participate actively in the payment team
* Engage in and enjoy team agile events
* Assist in solution finding and design, including analysis, concepts, and backlog refinement
* Implement customer requirements in Avaloq for payments, including settlement and cash reconciliation, through programming, integration, testing, and rollout
* Ensure delivery quality via shift-left, DevOps, and collaboration with QA
* Create and maintain in-house developments and interfaces
* Manage instant payment container solutions
* Maintain high customer satisfaction through continuous feedback and product adaptation
Your profile:
* Experience as an Avaloq core banking Developer and/or Business Analyst with strong parametrization skills
* Preferably experienced in payments, reconciliation, or settlement
* Fluent in English or German
* Proficient in Avaloq script and PL/SQL
* Familiar with agile methodologies (Scrum, DevOps, Kanban); SAFe certification is a plus
* Strong communication skills, resilient, with initiative and implementation abilities
* Conceptual thinker with analytical and solution-oriented skills
* Structured, independent worker
* Customer-focused with the ability to translate needs into solutions
