Seeking Bitcoin-aligned B2B Sales Partners to help onboard businesses to our company Bitcoin Merchant —a hosted BTCPay Server solution that allows businesses to accept Bitcoin with zero custody risk, zero KYC, and zero technical headaches.
The Product
Many businesses want to accept Bitcoin, but self-hosting a BTCPay Server is too technical, and using a fiat or custodial processor defeats the purpose of Bitcoin while eating into margins with high transaction fees. We bridge that gap.
True Bitcoin Ethos: Non-custodial and No KYC. Merchants control their own wallets and keys.
Done-for-You Infrastructure: We provide the hosted BTCPay Server; they just plug it into their POS or website.
Frictionless Pitch: 1-month free trial, followed by a simple, highly affordable monthly subscription (paid entirely in BTC).
The Role
As a Sales Partner, your goal is to find merchants, explain the benefits of self-custodial Bitcoin, and help them start a free trial. You can work fully remote, on your own schedule. Pitch to local brick-and-mortar merchants (cafes, gyms, salons), do cold outreach to e-commerce brands, leverage your existing B2B client base, or use your own network. We are looking for people who want to act as long-term consultants to their clients.
The Compensation (50% Lifetime Rev Share)
We believe in aligning incentives. You aren’t just getting a one-time bounty; you are building a recurring book of business paid out in Bitcoin.
Earnings: You earn 50% of the Net Collected Revenue for every merchant you onboard, for as long as they remain a customer.
The Upside: No earnings cap. Whether you build a portfolio of 10, 50, or 100+ active merchants, you are generating a substantial, recurring BTC income stream. (Full pricing and commission math will be shared with qualified candidates).
Performance Milestone: To protect against spam and ensure we build a team of dedicated partners, you will begin on a 3-month probationary agreement. You must secure 5 (merchants who finish their trial and clear their first full BTC payment) to unlock your accrued payouts and graduate to a long-term contract.
What We Are Looking For
A True Bitcoiner: Understand and can articulate the fundamental principles of Bitcoin. Differentiate between custodial and non-custodial, and why BTCPay is optimal for merchant adoption.
A Translator: Ability to explain Bitcoin to a normie business owner in plain language, focusing on bottom-line business benefits. These include but are not limited to bypassing the high fees of credit cards and custodial processors, zero chargebacks, global reach, and true self-custody.
Sales Consultant: Must be sales driven, self reliant and have excellent interpersonal skills. Act as a resource for business owners new to Bitcoin. Comfortable with a 100% commission-only structure and have the patience to build a highly lucrative, recurring revenue stream over time.
