Purpose of the Job
Our AccountManagers are responsible for managing and delivering solutions for our clients through close work with internal teams and local partners. You’ll need experience working with clients and delivering ongoing solutions to resolve their challenges – taking ownership of various relationships and developing them further.
Our client is a sports retail brand and we manage their end‑to‑end marketing and retail tools. You will be required to:
* Work closely with the client, suppliers and internal contacts to deliver services professionally, to specification and on time
* Take responsibility for delivering exceptional client service through excellent engagement and product delivery
* Develop and maintain a strong relationship with key client stakeholders at all levels – you will propose and deliver all company solutions
* Your areas of service will be Retail Point of Sale Materials (POSM), Consumables, Packaging and a variety of branded Merchandise
Key Responsibilities
1. Take briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and manage project delivery from start to finish, suggesting alternative options and innovation where possible – own the process
2. Provide technical input and advice on projects as required, briefing suppliers on precise client requirements and delivering exceptional levels of customer service
3. Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time while implementing new methods and procedures as required – collaborate across multiple teams and utilize HH Global’s full‑service offering
4. Deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary
