Sales Excellence Leadership
This role is responsible for driving consistent and high-quality sales practices across all business lines by aligning tools, processes, and competencies.
Key aspects of this position include:
* Providing strategic direction for sales excellence initiatives to ensure alignment with global sales strategies and key account management practices.
* Leading transformation efforts to harmonize sales execution across business lines and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Coordinating target-setting methodologies aligned with strategic goals.
* Collaborating with business lines and HR to design and manage Sales Incentive Plans (SIPs).
* Designing and enforcing cross-BL sales campaigns and initiatives.
* Promoting capture team selling methodology and supporting strategic project selection.
* Facilitating competence mapping to identify skill gaps and training needs.
* Monitoring progress toward targets and defining improvement actions.
* Supporting channel partner strategy in alignment with BL Sales and Channel Business teams.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
* A strong command of Salesforce.com.
* Deep familiarity with ABB sales processes.
* A solid understanding of Process Industries solutions and the markets we serve.
* At least 15 years of experience in diverse sales roles or within the Process Industries sector.
* Bachelor's degree.
* Confident communication in English.
