Summer Camp Head of Hospitality From 25th June to 10th August 2026 at Beau Soleil, we host an exciting summer camp for children aged 8 to 17 from around the world. It’s a unique environment where they’re challenged, encouraged and supported through a wide range of activities and experiences. The camp is the experience of a lifetime where international friendships are formed and participants build self‑confidence.
YOUR MISSION Join us this summer as Head of Hospitality. Your leadership will shine as you inspire a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while ensuring that all hospitality operations run smoothly. Collaborate with the Health Centre, Housekeeping, Kitchen and Maintenance departments to create unforgettable experiences for our campers.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a team of hospitality staff.
Coordinate and oversee daily hospitality operations.
Supervise all hospitality‑related activities.
Act as the point of communication between support staff and the camp management team.
Problem‑solve and delegate tasks within the hospitality department.
Collaborate with Health Centre, Housekeeping, Kitchen and Maintenance departments to ensure seamless service.
YOUR PROFILE
Minimum age of 22, EU citizenship or Swiss residency.
Prior experience in a hospitality position.
Experience supervising staff and people management.
Good organisational and time‑management skills.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under stress.
Creative, flexible, a strong team player with high workload capacity.
Experience working in multicultural environments.
