Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
* Drive the integration of business processes and applications to create a streamlined and efficient operational landscape
* Conduct workflow mapping and analysis to identify inefficiencies and improve process performance
* Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies to support continuous optimization
* Identify process bottlenecks and lead the implementation of targeted solutions
* Proficiency in English; German is a plus
* 5 – 8 years of hands-on experience in business process management, operations, or finance
* 2 – 3 years leading projects or process improvement initiatives, with a focus on driving results
* Solid understanding of insurance and reinsurance operations, including process mapping and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
