Our journey of learnability, values and trusted relationships with our clients continue to be the cornerstones of our organization and these values are upheld only because of our people.Your roleAs a Senior Associate Consultant, you are supporting the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, design, deployment and participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives WITH the objective of providing high quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.RequiredFunctional process knowledge – demonstrates the working knowledge of process in at least one functional area in order to document specific as-ifs customer processes, identify gaps and independently map to-be processesIndustry / Domain knowledge – applies in depth knowledge of the principles of industry lexicon, competitor landscape, sub-verticals and related best practices to provide insights to the customer across the entire function.Knows at least basic elements of the package/product architectureAbility to understand and use advanced solution design methods in slightly complex client scenarios to ensure that requirements and functional specifications are defined for end-to-end solution and client’s approval is obtained.PersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
