Here in Switzerland, you’ll join a team of around 60 colleagues who are passionate about what they do.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Develop creative brand activation concepts and implement them in close collaboration with Sales and Brand Management
* Manage planning, procurement, and coordination of POS materials — from item setup and purchasing to monitoring standard and tailor-made solutions
* Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with strategic partners while continuously expanding your network
* Act as a brand ambassador for the Pernod Ricard portfolio across Switzerland
* Monitor market trends and actively contribute to the innovation pipeline
* Take ownership of budgets and ensure smooth, efficient project execution
* Support product launches and contribute to the design and delivery of annual brand plans
* Work closely with On-Trade Sales, Brand Management, and external partners to deliver brand strategies and activation campaigns
* Regularly analyse relevant KPIs to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement
WHAT YOU BRING
* Initial experience in marketing, sales, or event management, ideally in the spirits or beverage industry
* Entrepreneurial mindset, creative hands-on attitude, and strong organizational skills
* Team player with an open, communicative, and positive approach
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, high self-motivation, and a solution-oriented way of working
* Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends; valid Class B driving licence required
* Fluency in German and English; French and industry contacts are a bonus
