Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage Talent Acquisition service delivery and related processes
* Lead vendor management activities across Talent Acquisition and Talent & Organizational Development
* Act as HR Business Partner for defined business units
* Collaborate closely with senior leaders and HR leadership teams
* Translate business needs into scalable HR processes and system solutions
* Support strategic HR initiatives through project and portfolio management
