To support the Human Resources department in its daily administrative and HR-related activities, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive

HR Assistant. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, assisting in recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.

Maintain and update employee records in both physical and digital formats.

Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of contracts, welcome packages, and exit documentation.

Track employee attendance, leave, and probation periods.

Help organize training sessions, company events and other HR initiatives.

Assist in preparing HR documents, such as employment contracts, warnings, performance reviews, etc.

Support in administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.

General secretarial duties, including monitoring and appropriate handling of telephone, mail and email, courier dispatches.

Organizational support related to private affairs of the CEO.

Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–2 years of HR or administrative experience.

Fluent in English and Spanish.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
