Join our team as an IT Procurement Manager in Management Services! This role offers a chance to shape our IT landscape and work in a dynamic environment.

To support the next steps of the company transformation, we are looking for an IT Procurement Manager in the Management Services business unit. You will take on a key position in the further development of our IT landscape. You ensure that we have the right technologies, services, and partners on board – economically, compliant, and future-oriented. You work closely with IT, Finance, Legal, and external partners and contribute directly to the stability and modernization of IT systems.

What you will achieve

Strategic responsibility

* Development and implementation of the IT procurement strategy considering the requirements of the public sector
* Analysis of market trends, technologies, and supplier landscapes
* Participation in maintaining a powerful and trustworthy supplier portfolio
* Technical and disciplinary leadership of the IT procurement team

Operational procurement

* Planning and execution of tenders, offer comparisons, and contract negotiations
* Ensuring cost optimization, quality, security, and regulatory compliance
* Procurement of software, hardware, cloud services, and IT services

Contract management

* Close cooperation with supplier management to develop and maintain integrated contract and supplier management
* Contract design and review in collaboration with Legal (including SLA, data protection, license models)
* Active risk and dependency management along the IT value chain

Interface management

* Close cooperation with IT architecture, security, finance, and other internal stakeholders
* Advising departments on strategic and operational procurement decisions
* Support in budget planning, forecasting, and lifecycle management

Why you will succeed

For this exciting role, we are looking for committed and dynamic individuals with the following desired profile:

* Several years of experience in IT purchasing, vendor management, or strategic procurement
* Several years of leadership experience as well as pronounced leadership and communication skills
* Very good understanding of IT infrastructures, software solutions, cloud models, and licensing structures
* Experience dealing with regulated environments or public institutions is an advantage
* Negotiation strength, analytical thinking, and structured working style
* High personal responsibility, team orientation, and hands‑on mentality
* Languages: Very good German skills are mandatory; French or English at a good level is an advantage
