Under the Randstad Inhouse Services concept, Randstad becomes a full-service supplier providing consultancy to international clients. For a temporary assignment of 15 months our client, the company Jabil Manufacturing in Le Locle, we are seeking a:
Project Manager
Responsibilities
* Lead medium to high complexity projects from concept through implementation and launch
* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables
* Coordinate cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to achieve project objectives
* Monitor project scope, quality, costs, risks, and overall performance
* Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular updates to leadership and customers
* Identify risks and implement effective mitigation and corrective action plans
* Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects on time and within budget
* Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence across project teams
Qualifikationen
* Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification
* 2 to 3+ years of experience managing projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
* PMP Certification or equivalent project management qualification is an advantage
* Proven ability to successfully lead multiple projects and deliver results on time and within budget
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and engage cross-functional teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to interact at all organizational levels
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
