Your tasks:
- Technical management and personnel management (team of 4 to 6 people)
- Monitoring financial indicators
- Participation in the preparation of offers
- Maintenance and development of contacts
- Information exchange between management and employees
- Direction, coordination and management of medium to large scale projects or projects with high technical complexity
- Planning and development of sanitary concepts
Your skills and qualifications:
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- In-depth knowledge of sanitary installations
- Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years as a project manager in Switzerland (design office or company)
- Federal sanitary certificate or equivalent qualification
- Dynamic and able to work in a team
- Strong interest in new technologies, energy and sustainable development
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
- Experience in team management
- Experience in special fluids design
- Experience in design and installation of clean rooms, laboratories or hospitals (all phases)
- Knowledge of Revit
- Knowledge of German and/or English
