Mission
The mission consists in performing the role of IT business analyst for key credit applications and projects.
Main responsibilities
Reporting to the Team Lead of IT Risk, Credit & ESG, the consultant will work on key credit applications projects.
BA Responsibilities
* Analyse business scenarios/cases and contribute to business requirements definition.
* Define Functional Design Specification.
* Manage vendor application (SpeciTec) relationship (software package Specicred).
* Install and test new version of Specicred.
* Execute database scripts and queries (SQL) to validate data integrity and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
* Liaise with the business to provide guidance from an IT point of view.
* Provide guidance for business analysts, developers, and testers assigned to the projects and ensure good project management practices are employed throughout the project lifecycle.
* Identify key risks and issues and define mitigation scenarios.
Your Profile
* 5 to 10 years of experience.
* Education: Master Degree in IT.
Experience required
* Strong experience required: IT Business Analyst with strong technical and functional skills on Credit projects.
* Good understanding of the bank’s business processes.
* Good operational experience in the implementation of various IT Credit projects.
Languages
* French mandatory and English (C1).

* Swiss residency: Mandatory.
