In this context, it has engaged us for the recruitment of a Technical Expertise and Compliance Manager OIBT. In this role, you act as a technical relay and manager of the electrotechnical department, which consists of about 40 people, in close collaboration with the management of the department. As a true technical relay, you actively participate in the steering of the activity, provide high-level support to project teams on complex issues, and contribute to technical and compliance decisions. This role gives you recognized technical authority and a transversal position of advice and reference to project managers, field teams, and management. Main responsibilities: Assume a role as a technical referent and compliance manager for the department as a person of trade under the OIBT, taking personal responsibility for issuing safety opinions and reports, in accordance with the legal and regulatory framework; respond to technical and regulatory questions from internal teams; provide direct support to project managers on technical and compliance aspects; intervene as technical support on large-scale and complex multi-technical projects; lead or intermittently take over the management of significant projects; work closely with the department management and act as a technical leader in steering the activity; participate in the costing of calls for tenders and specific projects with a high component; develop and implement safety procedures, both at the office and in the field; ensure active regulatory monitoring and prepare audits, controls, and inspections; contribute to the continuous improvement of internal methods and processes; organize, prepare, and animate internal training sessions for field teams (about two sessions per year); support teams in developing technical skills. Profile: You hold a federal certificate with confirmed experience in electrical systems, compliance, and project management; you master the OIBT and NIBT standards, as well as the associated control methods; you are perfectly familiar with sizing tools and business software, including Winprogitel and ElektroForm; you are able to work independently, manage projects, ensure costing, and participate in the development of tailored technical solutions; your approach is rigorous and methodical while remaining open and service-oriented, enabling you to effectively support project managers and field teams; at ease in a transversal role, you know how to coordinate technical and regulatory aspects with all parties involved; your entrepreneurial spirit and proactivity allow you to actively contribute to the evolution of the team; as a technical leader, you guide the teams with pedagogy and clarity.
