Job Description
* Organize and support working groups and webinars.
* Assist with communications, including newsletters and social media coordination.
* Help implement and manage CRM systems for partner engagement.
* Support onboarding and recruitment of new partner organizations.
* Contribute to the development of toolkits, templates, and user guides.
* Conduct research and assist in drafting content for knowledge resources.
* Support reporting processes and help develop performance indicators.
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, or an admin field.
* At least 2 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, programme coordination, or training development.
* Strong research and writing skills.
* Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., French or Spanish) are a plus.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
* Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a multicultural team.
