Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive business process diagnosis and improvement initiatives, either as part of larger projects or independent efforts.
* Develop thorough and precise process documentation to assess current performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Assess the performance of business processes to meet organizational objectives and identify efficiency and effectiveness enhancements.
* Implement changes to improve business process effectiveness and efficiency, involving stakeholder consultation, coaching, data analysis, research, and facilitation.
* Recommend process improvements, develop success metrics, and secure stakeholder approval for changes.
* Monitor business process performance post-implementation to ensure sustained outcomes.
* Contribute proactively to achieving departmental objectives and maintain a safe, organized environment per EH&S policies.
Qualifications
* Degree in business or technology sciences with expertise in processes and systems thinking.
* Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean, or similar certification with proven practical experience.
* At least 5 years of hands-on experience in business process improvement, preferably in Sales & Distribution environments.
* Experience in Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, or Finance processes.
* At least 2 years of experience with process modeling tools (ARIS, Adonis, Signavio).
* Strong knowledge of process design techniques and best practices.
* Proficiency in designing and deploying performance management systems, understanding PIs, KPIs, SLAs, OLAs.
* Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.
* Project Management certification or education.
* Understanding of human collaboration and cognitive mechanisms.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
* Proficient in MS Office; good time management skills.
Other Requirements
* Willingness to travel up to ~25% globally.
* Hybrid work model requiring 3 days/week in Oftringen, CH.
