Les Balcons du Lac brings together EMS X in Montreux, EMS X Laurelles in Territet, EMS X in Blonay, two temporary care centers in Montreux and Villeneuve, as well as adapted housing with support in Blonay. It employs approximately 180 people across all sectors to temporarily strengthen our care team at EMS X. We are looking for a health auxiliary at 90% for a fixed term position (April to June). Your mission: Welcome and take care of the residents according to defined procedures; Record information in the system; Assist and guide residents in carrying out daily life activities to maintain their autonomy and abilities; Provide basic care while respecting safety, comfort, economy, and aesthetics principles; Observe, communicate, and take into account the resources, needs, and habits of residents; Actively participate in support during crises and at the end of life; Establish and maintain respectful relationships with beneficiaries and their families.Your profile (F or H): Health auxiliary with Croix-Rouge training or equivalent; Responsible, flexible, organized, autonomous, discreet person; Team spirit and sense of responsibility; Good stress management; Interest in the elderly; Experience in EMS X or accustomed to working in large units.We offer: A pleasant working environment, within a motivated team, open to continuous improvement and training, in accordance with the CCT of the parapublic health sector.
