This includes a broad spectrum of interfaces, ranging from highly critical order-processing flows to regular analytical and reporting systems. The DataOps team supports global systems serving the entire Group worldwide. /ppWe are looking for a reliable and well-organised expert to join our DataOps team in Geneva. As our platform and data landscape evolve, robust operational governance has become increasingly important. With growing regulatory requirements, rising business expectations for data quality, and the need for consistent service delivery, we must ensure that our processes are well-documented, controlled, and transparent. /ppIn this context, we are seeking a profile dedicated to overseeing documentation, managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs). By reinforcing these governance pillars, you will help us ensure continuity and quality of operations, while facilitating clear communication and alignment among our technical and business teams. /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pliCoordinate operational activities related to data integration services under the responsibility of the DataOps Team Manager, ensuring effective change management, quality assurance, SLA monitoring, and comprehensive SOP documentation. /liliMonitor and track the smooth operation of critical business processes, acting as the primary contact for SLA- and procedure-related topics. /liliCreate, maintain, and continuously improve documentation and operational procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with internal standards, audit requirements, and applicable regulations. /liliCollaborate closely with IT, production support, and business teams to strengthen governance around data integration processes and ensure documentation is accurate, up to date, and consistently applied. /liliEnsure traceability, consolidation, and regular updates of performance indicators (KPIs) related to SLAs, operational quality, and service reliability. /liliPrepare and contribute to regular service reviews and reporting, highlighting risks, issues, and improvement opportunities. /liliImprove internal team processes by gathering stakeholder feedback, identifying pain points, and proposing optimisations to SOPs and workflows in collaboration with the line manager. /liliSupport incident and problem management from a governance perspective (. post-incident documentation, lessons learned, action follow-up). /liliFacilitate effective communication and coordination across teams to support operational excellence and a culture of continuous improvement. /lipbRequirements and Qualifications /b /pliAt least 5 years of experience in operational governance, documentation management, service management, or PMO roles within a data-driven or IT/operations environment (. data platforms, integration, production support). /liliProven experience in managing and monitoring SLAs and SOPs, with the ability to structure, validate, implement, and track procedures across multiple stakeholders. /liliStrong writing, organisational, and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise, and audit-ready documentation. /liliExperience in tracking performance indicators (KPIs), preparing service quality reports, and presenting findings to management and stakeholders. /liliGood understanding of data integration and data platform environments; knowledge of Kafka, Opcon orchestrator, microservice architectures, and REST-based communication is a strong plus. /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and to facilitate coordination across teams. /liliHigh attention to detail, rigor, and autonomy in managing tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment. /liliGood command of spoken and written English; French is an asset. /lipbPersonal Attributes /b /pliResponsible and reliable, especially during critical operational periods and in the context of production incidents or major changes. /liliMethodical, structured, and rigorous in documentation, process management, and follow-up. /liliProactive and a strong team player, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional and international teams. /liliCurious and motivated to learn and grow in a transforming technological environment, embracing change and continuous improvement. /liliComfortable challenging the status quo constructively and proposing pragmatic, risk-aware solutions. /lipbOur Values /b /plibAccountability: /b Taking ownership for tasks and challenges, as well as seeking continuous improvement. /lilibHands-on: /b Being proactive to rapidly deliver high-quality results. /lilibPassionate: /b Being committed and striving for excellence. /lilibSolution-driven: /b Focusing on client outcomes and treating clients fairly with a risk-aware mindset. /lilibPartnership-oriented: /b Promoting collaboration and teamwork.
