Join a global life sciences leader expanding its Drug Product Services unit in Stein. We’re seeking an Automation Technical Lead to deliver robust, compliant automation and MES solutions for a new sterile manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
Lead automation and MES design, implementation, and validation for CAPEX projects.
Provide technical direction to system integrators and vendors.
Oversee 3rd‑party package unit integration within the DeltaV/PLC/SCADA/OSI PI landscape.
Ensure GMP, GAMP 5, and CFR 21 Part 11 compliance.
Approve design, test, and qualification documentation.
Support eLog and MES–DeltaV integration.
Manage automation teams, contractors, and project performance.
Requirements
Degree in Electrical, Automation, or Process Control Engineering.
Proven leadership in automation/MES projects within GMP or aseptic manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of SAP, BMS, DeltaV, Siemens SCADA, and OSI PI.
Excellent communication skills; fluent English, German a plus.
