Notre équipe de génération de la demande est le moteur du département mondial des ventes d’AWS, générant de nouvelles opportunités sur des milliers de comptes. En tant que représentant(e), vous aiderez des clients à relever des défis, favoriser leur croissance et maximiser leur impact avec AWS. Vous gérerez toutes les activités en amont du cycle de vente, étudierez qualitativement les comptes, et identifierez de nouveaux contacts pour la prospection à grande échelle. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes de comptes pour approfondir votre connaissance des secteurs et des acteurs clés, en développant des relations à tous les niveaux. En partenariat, vous élaborerez des stratégies de prospection pour identifier de nouveaux cas d’utilisation, et utiliserez vos compétences pour comprendre leurs problématiques commerciales majeures.

Our Demand Generation team is a key driver within AWS’s global sales, focusing on prospects and customers by generating opportunities across thousands of accounts. As a Demand Generation Representative, you will help prospects and clients solve critical business challenges, pursue growth, and maximize impact using AWS solutions. You will own top-of-funnel activities, conduct account research, source new contacts at scale, and generate leads and opportunities for your territories. You will work closely with account teams to understand industry specifics, develop relationships at all levels, and create prospecting strategies to identify new use cases. When engaging with clients, you will use your communication and technical skills to understand their key business issues.
Key job responsibilities include:
* Participate actively with the sales team in analyzing opportunities and planning next steps (demonstrations, evaluations, qualification).
* Use internal resources and product knowledge to adapt your technical interventions to client needs.
* Achieve activity and results targets: contacts sourced, leads qualified, calls made, meetings scheduled, opportunities created.
* Drive new sales through outbound campaigns and qualifying inbound opportunities from marketing and partners.
* Expand services and usage within existing clients via account planning and territory management.
* Track activity and develop pipeline using Salesforce, leveraging reporting tools.
* Innovate ways to engage new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
* Understand each client’s technological, technical, and business challenges.
