Responsibilities
* You gather and analyze user and system requirements to define clear product needs.
* You document detailed and actionable specifications that guide development teams.
* You facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with stakeholder expectations.
* You ensure that requirements support project goals and contribute to successful product delivery.
* You maintain and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle to adapt to evolving needs and ensure innovative solution development.
What You Need to Succeed / Qualifications
* You have a higher degree in computer science or electrical engineering (Uni/ETH, FH) or comparable.
* You have at least 4 years of professional experience in software requirements engineering, ideally in an industrial high-tech or within a product development environment.
* You have strong communication and moderation skills, conceptual and analytical abilities.
* You possess a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and requirements engineering methodologies.
* Ideally you have experience with ALMs and requirements tools and frameworks.
* You demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively in a team environment.
* You speak English (knowledge of German is an advantage) and are motivated to work in an international environment.
