He/she is part of the Swiss Team, working hand in hand with key stakeholders in Sales, Access, Medical and Finance functions, as well as regional peers to enable the roll out of the Swiss commercial strategy, in line with Alfasigma’s Western Europe corporate strategy.
Specifically, the incumbent will take responsibility for the marketing plan and budget, ensuring optimal roll out of the portfolio marketing tactics. He/ she will support the Key Account Management Team through a strategic targeted and segmented approach, leveraging HCP advocacy and marketing assets to drive disease awareness and earlier Patient access.
He/she will collaborate with a common purpose and passion for innovation and strategic engagement.
He/she will oversee designing tactics to support HCP education and enable peer to peer advocacy, supporting excellence of commercial operations, fostering effective collaboration with key external stakeholders of the Swiss Healthcare Ecosystem (KOLs, HCPs, Hospital Pharmacists…) and position Alfasigma as best in class partner in Switzerland.
Your role:
* Enable the development and execution of the Swiss product portfolio commercial strategy
* Ownership of marketing budget
* Ddevelopment of the local marketing plan, implementation of related marketing activities, supporting materials and tactics, KAM Team training on new commercial material
* Support the expansion of the Swiss portfolio
* Increase the visibility of Alfasigma and establish effective dialogue and collaboration with key external stakeholders in the therapeutic areas of Alfasigma to become a Patient-centric preferred partner in Switzerland
* Communication to various stakeholders on product and price changes
* Congress and event management
* Participation to designated events and congresses where relevant
* Foster a culture centred around patients and customers
Who are you:
Work Experience
* 3 years + relevant experience in the local pharmaceutical environment
* Pharmaceutical and / or Commercial relevant Swiss diploma
* Field Sales experience
Competencies & Major skills
* Knowledge and experience in the specialty care, gastroenterology - an asset
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, French or Italian – an asset
