Your challenge Independently lead and conduct research projects in shoulder and elbow surgery Design and implement studies, manage data collection and analysis, and ensure data quality Perform advanced statistical analyses and contribute to machine learning-based modelling Write and publish high-quality scientific papers; present at national and international conferences Participate in grant writing Collaborate closely with clinicians and external partners Supervise students, research assistants, and study assistants Contribute to the strategic development of the research group What impresses us PhD in a relevant biomedical field (e.g., clinical research, health science, epidemiology) Significant record of peer-reviewed publications demonstrating scientific productivity and impact.
