ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will lead and orchestrate customer value through complex deal making, tackle our customers' major business challenges, and accelerate your career growth by leveraging cutting-edge solutions to drive our most transformational projects. Some of your key responsibilities will include:Partnering with local leaders and their sales teams: Establish strong partnerships and drive a consistent Cross-CSA approach aligned with company strategy, applying a regional approach to meet customer needs. Engage with SPT and Area MCAPSSales teams effectively.Driving customer engagements: Bring impactful technology and industry insights into customer interactions, close deals, and coach internal teams on best practices. Leverage deep sales and delivery experience to build trust with C-level executives.Influencing Microsoft's strategic direction: Lead virtual cross-organizational teams on strategic projects and high-impact solution sales that enable digital transformation and deliver business value. Utilize CSA assets and consulting IP to facilitate customer transformation.Participating in sales processes: Engage actively in sales planning, orchestration, and deal closure using Microsoft’s sales methodology. Shape and sell custom consulting solutions that maximize Microsoft investments.Providing deal coaching and shaping: Encourage cross-area learning and insights within the solution area, working seamlessly with the wider account team to strengthen relationships and drive consumption, with an emphasis on AI integration.Continuous learning and development: Build sales expertise, deepen knowledge of transformative solutions, and invest in personal growth to support customers and the Microsoft team.QualificationsStrong experience in solution-based selling across one or more CSAs. Ability to position cross-CSA offerings and align customer needs with our portfolio.Experience selling into commercial or public sector accounts, understanding industry trends and challenges. Capable of tailoring solutions to industry-specific needs and contributing to account planning.Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and navigate C-level relationships. Skilled in driving executive meetings and articulating solution value.Exposure to consulting or solution architecture practices, collaborating effectively with technical and consulting teams to develop customer solutions.Experience managing the sales cycle for digital transformation initiatives, focusing on driving value conversations and aligning solutions with transformation goals.Additional or Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field with proven industry sales experience in the commercial or public sector (e.g., Finance, Local Government), or a Master’s Degree in a related field with a strong technology sales background.Extensive experience in consulting solution sales and delivery is highly desirable.Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
