Position Summary:
The Senior Program Manager Device CoE plays a crucial role in managing and executing complex cross-functional programs and projects, serving as the PMO lead for the Device COE. The role involves developing and implementing PMO strategies, tracking performance, and ensuring initiatives meet business objectives. It includes guiding project teams, facilitating stakeholder alignment, and communicating project status effectively.
Main Duties:
* Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
* Device COE Governance: Establish and ensure compliance with governance frameworks, develop monitoring tools, and track performance.
* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate to define objectives, foster effective teamwork, and maintain communication.
* Strategic Planning: Develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage risks.
* Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates and insights for decision-making.
* Team Development: Mentor project teams and promote continuous improvement.
* Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies.
* Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate project risks.
* Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of ongoing enhancement.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
* At least 8 years of senior project or program management experience, preferably in pharma or medical devices.
* Experience with portfolio management and governance frameworks.
* Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma, FPX).
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
* Compliance with GxP, EHS, and SOX guidelines.
Additional Information:
This position may require up to 10% travel domestically and internationally. The estimated annual salary ranges from $120,000 to $207,000 USD. Employees may participate in various benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
