Experience in cell and gene therapies is a plus. Deep proficiency in diverse project management methodologies with the ability to adapt frameworks to meet evolving team and stakeholder needs, to create results and to drive efficiency. /li liCommunication Expert: Exceptional English skills with a proven ability to influence and convey information to senior leadership and diverse stakeholders. /li liMultimedia Pro: Proficient in creating professional‑grade multimedia, including video, image editing, and executive presentations, and managing internal platforms like SharePoint or Google Sites. /li liTeam player: Ability to build constructive relationships across global teams and foster a culture of inclusion without direct authority. /li liTechnical Proficiency: Skilled in G‑Suite, MS Office, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Spotfire and in building collaborative solutions in e.g. Airtable or Monday. /li /ul pAre you ready to make a difference for our patients?
