About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to help us enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline our end-to-end supply chain. You’ll work closely with procurement, logistics, planning, and data teams to transform raw data into actionable insights that support operational excellence.

What You’ll DoAnalyze supply chain performance using data on inventory, lead times, costs, and fulfillment rates
Monitor and report on KPIs across procurement, production, logistics, and delivery
Identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to improve supply chain operations
Develop and maintain dashboards and tools for internal stakeholders
Support demand forecasting, capacity planning, and risk mitigation initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supplier and distribution networks
Assist with supply chain modeling and scenario planning
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in ERP and SCM systems
You’re a Great Fit If You:Are based in Switzerland and fluent in English (German or French is a plus)
Hold a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field
Have 2–4 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations analytics
Have strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and are proficient with SQL or similar tools
Are familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) or supply chain platforms
Can translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Work well independently and in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
Bonus Points If You:Have experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
Understand lean supply chain, S&OP, or just-in-time methodologies
Have worked in e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, or global logistics
Know Python, R, or other analytics tools for supply chain modeling
Are familiar with sustainability metrics and responsible sourcing practices
