Job Description
 * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (briefing, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding).
 * Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, evaluation criteria, and selection processes.
 * Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices.
 * Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across functions and markets.
 * Conduct structured interviews and coordinate candidate assessments.
 * Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through networking, social media, and talent platforms.
 * Champion Volleyball World's employer brand through engaging content and participation in events.
 * Track and report recruitment KPIs to support data-driven decision making.
 * Coordinate onboarding activities with managers and the People & Culture team to ensure a consistent, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience.
 * Collect and analyse feedback from candidates and hiring teams to continuously improve the process.
The Successful Applicant
 * Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar or equivalent training/qualification.
 * 3‑5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within an international or sports environment.
 * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
 * Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Hands‑on, proactive, and organized – you thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting.
 * Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
 * Fluency in English (both written and spoken); another language is an asset.
