Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Position Reports to: Senior Marketing Director & Global Brand & Marketing Manager
This role will provide operational support for marketing activities across Europe, while supporting the development of the dynamic Asian region. You will assist in marketing initiatives across both Europe and Asia becoming the primary contact for the daily marketing related inquiries from the partners.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams across the Lugano, NY, HK offices to support key business needs.
This role requires someone able to plan ahead, work methodically and consistently deliver on assigned responsibilities.
Essential Duties & Job Responsibilities
• Implement organized systems to ensure all tasks are executed according to agreed timelines.
• Conduct research and report on emerging industry trends in the APAC region, ensuring the brand stays ahead of market shifts.
• Support with competitive and brand positioning analysis in the APAC region.
• Support day – to – day activities, including regular communication with wholesale and distribution partners.
• Ensure that all local partners adhere to the branding guidelines and policies.
• Coordinate and communicate new marketing campaigns, collection launches, and key product rollouts to all Asian partners, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Prepare strategic documents for internal marketing communications, as well as sharing any internal marketing communications.
• Support with local events & tradeshows ensuring seamless execution and strong brand representation.
• Research new press contacts and support with daily media outreach and press inquiries.
• Own and maintain the local Marketing Calendar ensuring all initiatives are tracked, aligned, and executed on time.
• Monitor the local Marketing Budget, assisting with tracking expenditures and optimizing resources.
• Stay informed of trends, events, and competitive brands across luxury fashion and related industries.
• Thrive in a fast-paced industry consistently delivering high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines and adapting to evolving demands.
• Own marketing material orders and oversee shipments to ensure on time delivery.
• Coordinate the creation of creative assets, collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-impact visual content that aligns with the brand's vision.
Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications Journalism or related disciplines with full range of brand, marketing, and e-commerce experience.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing or public relations or advertising agency.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy is essential — this role requires consistency, precision, and structured follow-through.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Outgoing and responsible, highly organized, and a collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent written and spoken English, any Asian languages, like Cantonese, Korean will be considered a plus.
• Proven experience in fashion accessories, eyewear, beauty, apparel, or luxury goods—with a deep understanding of the industry dynamics.
• Flexibility to work across multiple time zones, ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution of tasks across international teams.
