As a recruiting partner of akenza AG, a fast-growing Swiss tech company, we are looking for you as Sales Executive (a) to grow the Smart Offices and Commercial Real Estate segment in the DACH region. You can work remotely, but you also have the option of working from a fantastic office in Zurich.
As part of the growing sales team, your mission is to position the IoT and data platform for smart buildings for commercial real estate owners, facility managers, and corporate clients. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals in a fast-evolving market.

What You Will Be Doing
* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and contribute to quarterly revenue goals
* Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the Smart Office / Commercial Real Estate sector
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders: facility managers, property owners, asset managers, and workplace strategists
* Develop a deep understanding of customer needs around space utilization, energy efficiency, ESG compliance, and tenant experience
* Collaborate with the technical and solutions team to propose tailored IoT solutions powered by the akenza platform
* Work with the partner manager to build and grow a network of channel partners and resellers who bring akenza’s platform into commercial real estate
* Support and enable partners with the right sales tools, onboarding, and training
* Co-sell with partners and develop joint value propositions for shared target markets
* Educate customers on how they can create value from sensor data without complex integrations
* Represent akenza at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across the DACH & Benelux region
What You Bring To The Job
* Several years of experience in B2B tech sales with proven track record in IoT, PropTech, or commercial real estate tech
* A good understanding of Smart Building trends and digitalization in workplace environments
* A strong network within the region
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong customer-centric mindset
* Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage your territory independently
* Willingness to travel across DACH for client meetings and events
* English: C1 – Advanced
