Accountant
Exciting tasks
Ensure the complete accounting (clients, suppliers and general) as well as payment follow-up
Ensure invoicing and accounting reconciliations
Manage debtors and follow up on litigation files
Manage administrative work time (Mobatime)
Actively participate in monthly and annual closings
Prepare VAT returns
Contribute to controlling activities, financial analyses and monitoring of indicators
Invoicing
Participate in budget and forecast preparation
Collaborate with the group and external auditors
Ensure filing and archiving of accounting documents
Profile sought
Training in accounting (CFC commercial employee with accounting experience, accounting certificate or equivalent continuing education)
Proven experience in autonomous accounting (closings and VAT a significant asset)
Comfortable with IT tools (ERP, Excel, etc.)
Perfect command of French
Good knowledge of German (minimum B2 level) and/or Swiss German
