Your profile:
1. University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or similar)
2. Proven experience in leading teams and managing innovation projects
3. At least 8 years of experience in an R&D department, ideally in a similar industry
4. Strong strategic thinking and broad technical understanding of building technology and water control systems
5. Broad cross-functional knowledge (quality, production, marketing, sales) with familiarity in operations, supply chain, and product management
6. Intercultural competence and strong communication skills
7. Experience in digital product development is a plus
8. Fluency in German and English
9. Willingness to travel up to 10%
