Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate Construction Economist to join our Technical Studies Office, driving cost and compliance for client projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate internal specialists for projects in RFPs.
* Lead and coordinate external specialists, collaborating with the Commercial Manager for projects in Design‑Build/Development.
* Organise study sessions (launch and technical closure).
* Record minutes of these sessions.
* Prepare all necessary documents for commercial closures.
* Ensure completeness of the RFP file and inform the commercial department in a timely manner.
* Define needs and resources for reliable deliverables in coordination with the Studies Office Manager.
* Identify key issues in the file.
* In Total Enterprise, guarantee concept compliance with current regulations using internal specialists or external advisors.
* In Design‑Build/Development, develop concepts per current regulations with internal specialists or advisors.
* Identify and quantify cost‑saving opportunities, consistently proposing optimisations and alternatives.
* Manage interfaces across different CFC.
* Establish technical documentation and technical file pieces for offers as requested by the MO.
* Set work schedules.
* Participate in commercial and oral negotiations.
* Conduct regulatory watch.
* Help build and maintain a price database.
* Visit company sites and build links with construction teams.
* Collaborate with the sales service on project tracking and offer development.
* Participate in specialist projects: prepare launch and technical closure, verify measurements, coordinate internal specialists, conduct consultations and costings, and verify deadlines against the load plan.
* Operate autonomously on projects, performing complete measurements, consultations, costings, technical closure, and supporting the sales service in offer creation.

Profile Required
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a general contractor or construction studies office, preferably in Switzerland.
* Strong analytical, precise, and highly organised skills.
* Comfortable collaborating with internal and external partners.
* Fluent French (written and spoken); English is a plus.
* Proficiency in ATTIC is a plus.
* Passionate about construction and real‑estate.
