Junior Retail Business Coordinator (d/f/m)

The Retail Operations department at HOLY FASHION GROUP coordinates and manages retail processes in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Poland. In this diverse and challenging role, you will be the first point of contact for operational inquiries related to day-to‑day business at our retail locations and will serve as the link to the departments at our headquarters.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Organizing and implementing user training sessions, creating and refining training materials and retail reports, and analyzing inventory counts.
* Taking on internal projects related to process optimization in the retail sector.

Required experience and skills:

* Ideally a degree/further education in business administration, process management, textile business management, or a comparable field.
* Strong communication skills with a structured and results‑oriented approach to work.
* Good computer skills (MS Office) and, ideally, initial project management experience.
* Technical understanding or interest in technical topics within the retail environment.
* Good written and spoken English skills.
* Reliability, flexibility, and team spirit.
* Initial experience in the retail or textile industry is desirable.
* Passion and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle.
