For this position, we are looking for a proactive, self-motivated, and experienced professional with a profound bhotel contracting and yield /b background in Tourism. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liImplementing strategy and contracting guidelines in different destinations for each market and client. /li liMonitoring and reporting weekly on sales and competitive analysis. /li liEffective Product Management for assigned clients. /li liUnderstanding the requirements and business models of our clients from different source markets to optimize sales. /li liManaging and monitoring of marketing activities, as well as analysis and reporting of results. /li liImplementation and execution of a targeted contracting strategy to optimize sales performance together with the contractors. /li liIdentification and interpretation of market trends, opportunities, and key requirements. /li liProviding data-driven insight to destinations and target-driven monthly revisions. /li liAnalyzing and maximizing Guaranteed Contracts. /li liClose collaboration with different cross-functional teams/departments across multiple countries. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 2 years’ experience in Product Management, Contracting and/or Yield position. /li liSolid understanding of Sun Beach Tour operating. /li liKnowledge of multiple European volume source markets. /li liProficiency in MS Office applications, with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. /li liGood communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. /li liGood team player, independent and structured. /li liProactive profile with strong analytical skills, ability to work with different data sources and systems. /li liWilling to travel on a regular basis. /li liEnglish fluent or native speaker; German and/or Spanish knowledge will be an advantage. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
