We also have an in‑house helicopter for guests to explore the Vals region from the air.
As Chef de Partie, your responsibilities include:
* Executing production and service schedules
* Managing the station (ordering, supervising staff)
* Assisting other stations as needed
* Adhering to operational guidelines and procedures
* Maintaining the highest quality standards, including cleanliness and order in the kitchen
* Implementing and controlling HACCP guidelines
Your qualifications:
* Completed culinary training
* Communicative, personable, open, and willing to take responsibility
* Structured work approach
* Fluency in German and English
* Several years of experience in 4‑ or 5‑star hospitality
