We are supporting a globally recognised medical device organisation investing heavily in the digital transformation of its production and supply chain landscape.

The Role
In this position, you will take ownership of end-to-end transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations, working at the intersection of IT, engineering, and production.
You will play a key role in modernising factory environments and enabling more efficient, scalable, and intelligent processes across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver complex digital transformation projects within manufacturing environments
* Drive initiatives focused on automation, system integration, and smart factory capabilities
* Oversee the implementation and evolution of core platforms such as ERP, MES, WMS, and quality systems
* Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, operations, engineering, and business units
* Manage multi-site and international rollouts of systems and solutions
* Ensure successful delivery in line with scope, timelines, and budget
* Identify risks early and manage dependencies across multiple project streams
* Engage with senior stakeholders and ensure clear, structured communication
* Operate within a regulated environment, ensuring compliance and quality standards are maintained
Your Background
* 10+ years of experience delivering projects in manufacturing and/or production environments
* Strong exposure to digital manufacturing / shopfloor systems
* Solid understanding of manufacturing IT landscapes (MES, ERP, WMS, QMS or similar)
* Experience working in regulated industries such as MedTech, Pharma, or Life Sciences
* Proven track record delivering complex, multi-site transformation programs
* Familiarity with structured and/or agile project methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, HERMES, Agile)
* Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related discipline
Languages:
* German (C1 required)
* English (B2+)
