Lead Commercial Strategist
This role will drive the commercial strategy for Beauty & Care in EMEA, developing and executing plans to meet targets in terms of volume, pricing, and gross margin across the Sun, Skin, and Hair Care portfolio.
* Develop commercial strategies that balance volume, pricing, and margin ambitions while guiding a diverse team.
* Translate market opportunities into sustainable growth, strengthen distributor relationships, and optimize volume allocations across a dynamic organization.
* Act as a key advisor to senior leadership, ensuring customer needs are met today while preparing the business for tomorrow.
Responsibilities:
* Develop regional budget input based on a bottom-up and top-down process as well as Integrated Demand Planning process and supply constraints.
* Manage day-to-day commercial operations to steer regional salesforce efficiently.
* Directly manage a multidisciplinary team including demand planners, customer service teams, and commercial analysts.
* Collaborate with global commercial teams and other directors to optimize volume allocations under tight supply.
* Identify trends and needs that can lead to new products or market expansion projects in collaboration with other regions.
* Ensure adequate business intelligence and adapt commercial strategies as needed.

You Bring:
* A university degree in Business or a technical field; an MBA is required.
* Supply Chain Management certification is a strong asset.
* Deep knowledge of the chemical and cosmetic industry and market dynamics.
* Excellent communication, written and verbal skills in English and another language.
* Proven track record of leading diverse teams and managing complex commercial operations.
