Reporting To

Marketing & Sales Manager


Role and Responsibilities

1. Develop the Energy market by executing sales strategies to meet targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
2. Create and complete winning bids, estimates, or quotations based on customer specifications, requirements, or budgets to remain competitive and achieve high margins in the Energy Industries' sales strategy.
3. Contribute to the Energy Industries division in Switzerland, primarily responsible for:
* Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring positive experiences and providing technical support during sales interactions.
* Sales Execution: Increase sales through strategic initiatives, value-based selling, target setting, and participation in contract negotiations.
* Bid Management: Prepare competitive bids and proposals, addressing technical, financial, and project aspects, identifying risks, and ensuring proper documentation.
* Process & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal guidelines, efficient use of tools, accurate forecasting, and support administrative and reporting processes.


Qualifications

* Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Over 8 years of experience in related fields such as Bids & Proposals, Engineering in power generation, industry projects, or services.
* Experience with Excitation, power electronics systems, protection, or synchronous generators is beneficial.
* Knowledge of system modeling or simulation is an advantage.
* Proven ability to develop strong customer and internal relationships locally and globally; comfortable working across cultures and sectors.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is beneficial.
* Willing to engage directly with clients and teams worldwide, with travel commitments up to 15%.
