Role:
We are seeking a resourceful and diligent robotics engineering student to support with remote technical support for our robots, during night shifts and weekends. As such you will be on call during the nights, and if the robots have issues, you will be notified and have to look into it. If need be you have to coordinate with customers and field technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Keep our world-wide robots running by debugging and solving remote issues live and deciding solutions quickly together with the remote robot supervisor.
2. Be on-call during nights and weekends to investigate remote robot issues.
3. Coordinate with customers and technicians when on-site support is needed
Background:
1. Studying a Bsc or Msc or equivalent experience in robotics, computer science, electronics or a similar field.
2. Hands-on robotic projects, involving linux/ubuntu and ros.
3. Goal driven and independent, getting robots working properly is top priority and you can figure out how to do it.
4. Located in Zurich.

1. This is a night time job.
2. The job will be remote and from home, so even if there are some office visits it will be mostly alone.
3. Pay will be structured per night on-call, and per actual call.
