We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Consultant / Manager to lead and manage HR transformation projects. You will play a pivotal role in revamping HR Target Operating Models, enhancing technology infrastructure, and driving strategic initiatives that optimise HR functions across hire-to-retire, onboarding, and talent management
How you can make an impact
1. Lead end-to-end HR transformation projects, including redesigning HR Target Operating Models and service delivery.
2. Develop and implement strategies to optimise HR processes, systems, and organisational structures for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Support clients in enhancing HR Shared Service Centres, managing outsourcing, and redefining the role of HR Business Partners.
4. Advise clients on assessing their HR technology landscape and recommend market-leading digital HR solutions.
5. Conduct HR diagnostic programmes to identify improvement opportunities and deliver actionable insights.
6. Design future-ready HR organisations aligned with business goals and emerging trends, including AI developments in HR.
7. Utilise strong numerical and analytical skills to build robust business cases supporting transformation initiatives
Who We Are Looking For
8. Minimum 4+ years experience in HR, consulting, project management, or related analytical roles within international organisations.
9. Proven track record of leading complex HR programmes, including transformation or restructuring projects.
10. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
11. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organisational levels.
12. High proficiency in data analysis and Business Case calculations.
13. Degree in Business Administration, HR, Organisational Development, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
14. Fluent in English at a business level, German as a plus.
15. Up-to-date with AI and digital innovations impacting the HR landscape.
