Overview Panerai seeks a highly motivated and experienced HR Controlling & Rewards Manager to lead the implementation of comprehensive Compensation and Benefits processes across the organization. The successful candidate will play a critical role in monitoring personnel-related costs, supporting the global HR strategy, and fostering a positive work environment.
This position requires close collaboration with teams at Panerai Headquarters, in various Markets, and across different Regions. The HR Controlling and Rewards Manager will support day-to-day operations related to compensation, benefits, mobility, and performance, while also contributing to compensation projects and coordinating HR controlling processes with Finance Departments and Markets.
Responsibilities Compensation & Benefits: Ensure competitiveness, fairness, and alignment of compensation and benefits packages with organizational values. Review salary structures, conduct market benchmarking, and enhance benefits offerings. Design commission schemes, implement C&B policies, support salary reviews, and provide expert advice on reward-related matters, adapting to business priorities and local contexts. Provide benchmarks and analyses related to internal and external trends.
Financial Management: Oversee HR budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures. Provide insights into strategic investments in human capital, talent retention, and competitive positioning within the global market. Manage headcount and FTE planning to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and deliver regular, high-quality HR reports and KPIs that provide actionable insights into workforce trends. Partner with HR management to support strategic decision-making.
Process Optimization: Coordinate and monitor HR processes for Headquarters, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Manage the tracking of open positions to facilitate timely and effective recruitment.
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Finance and local HR teams to drive accurate global planning, assessment, and control of headcounts and personnel costs. Partner with the Commercial team to enhance retail performance through strategic HR initiatives.
Technology Implementation: Participate in the implementation of Workday, streamline HR processes and improve workforce analytics.
Equity & Compliance: Ensure the accuracy of SAP HR / Workday master data and contribute to global projects.
Success Criteria You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar HR Controlling and Rewards role.
You have strong analytical and synthesis skills.
You are proactive, solution-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
You are a strong communicator and team player, equally adept at working independently and collaborating effectively to achieve team goals.
Fluency in English and French is required; Italian is a plus.
Experience with Workday is highly desirable.
