Job description According to the temporary assignments that will be offered to you by our various clients, you will integrate into the service team and carry out the instructions of the headwaiters. In the context of banquets, catering services, executive lounges, or within à la carte restaurants, you will participate in the setup of the rooms, offer a warm welcome to guests, and ensure the service of food and drinks while applying the current standards. You will bring your skills and expertise to guarantee a high-quality service. Profile sought You have a minimum of X years of experience as a waiter - head waiter in upscale hotels or in gastronomic/bistronomic establishments. Ideally, you have initial training in the dining area. Jovial and approachable, you are organized, rigorous, dynamic, and client-oriented. You can advise your clients on food and wine pairings, you express yourself perfectly in French, and have good knowledge of English and/or German.
