Description
* Serve as the primary HR contact for leadership and employees across all locations.
* Lead and execute full employee lifecycle processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, compensation.
* Drive fast-paced, high-quality hiring efforts in line with business growth.
* Ensure compliance with diverse local labor laws and internal standards.
* Coach and support managers on employee topics and HR best practices.
* Maintain and enhance HR processes, documentation and systems.
* Contribute to the implementation of HR modules within the ERP system.
* Collaborate on due diligence and post-acquisition integration during M&A activity.
* Prioritise tasks across time zones with a pragmatic and agile approach.
* Champion a high-performance, inclusive and collaborative culture.
Profile
* 10+ years of experience in generalist HR roles, ideally within tech or fast-scaling international companies.
* Broad HR expertise across recruitment, performance, development, compensation and compliance.
* Strong knowledge of international labor regulations and ability to support remote teams.
* Excellent communication skills with cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence.
* Independent and output-driven mindset, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
* Fluent in English and French; comfortable operating in multiple time zones.
* Comfortable in a hands-on role within a lean team and flat organizational structure.
