Responsibilities
You manage the preparation and cooking of dishes according to established quality standards
You supervise the organisation and coordination of tasks within your section
You set priorities to ensure smooth service during lunches and dinners
You manage stocks and orders necessary for the proper functioning of your station
You oversee compliance with hygiene and safety standards within your section
You ensure a clean and tidy work environment at the end of service
Profile sought
You have proven experience in gourmet or high-end hotel catering
You handle various preparation, cooking and plating techniques with ease
You establish effective and positive communication with your team
You supervise your station with rigour and attention to detail
You manage stress and unforeseen events with dynamism and professionalism
You demonstrate exemplary behaviour and a sense of service in line with the hotel’s values
